Caviar Villa is located in the bustling urban area of Thu Duc City, beginning from the state of a bare house. DBHOMES approached the project with the goal of providing “a peaceful home for the family,” as desired by the homeowners. The design and construction team chose the Wabisabi style – which emphasizes the beauty of minimality and nature, expressing the value of time and modesty – to create a serenity living space, secluded from the bustling of Saigon.

Caviar Villa harmoniously combines modern details the exterior with the elegant simplicity of Wabisabi style in the interior design. The space is utilized by furnitures in beige tone and sophisticated warm lighting. DBHOMES aims to create an elegant and relaxing living space, featuring minimalist yet refined lines. Natural wood details, organic materials, and abundant natural light create a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere, providing a sense of comfort and warmth for the homeowners.

The overall villa creates a peaceful and gentle ambiance, blending the old with the new. The color palette and oval interior lines interact harmoniously to bring a sense of balance and simplicity to the home.
